During my time at White and Case, Peter was Manager of the EMEA Helpdesk. During this time the EMEA Helpdesk ran like a well oiled machine. This was important as everyone relied on this including myself to provide support to end users within the requirements of White and Case SLAs. Peter is a very hard worker who thrives on a challenge no matter how large the task. He can organise and motivate a group of people to bring out the very best in them for any project all achieved with a good sense of humour. It is for these reasons that I would recommend Peter for any position that he is put forward for.
